Seniors, You’re Invited to a Mental Health Monday Just for YOU
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re creating a warm, welcoming space for our seniors to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with themselves and with one another.
Join us for a meaningful Monday Mental Health Awareness Experience designed to help you navigate life’s transitions, ease feelings of loneliness, and strengthen your emotional well-being in a supportive community.
What you’ll experience: • Open, guided conversations around loneliness, grief, and life changes • Simple, practical tools to support your daily mental and emotional wellness • Gentle activities including breath work, art therapy, and a healing circle
This is more than an activity—it’s a moment to feel seen, supported, and uplifted.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, stronger, and connected.
